NO

Proposition 32 - Makes Union political contributions nearly impossible while leaving corporations and billionaires unlimited contributions.

NO!

Proposition 33 - Deceptive Auto Insurance Corporate Initiative

NO

Proposition 34 - Ends the Death Penalty in California

YES

Proposition 35 - Allegedly fights human trafficking. Misleading and damaging in my view. Most trafficking is not sexual. And most sex work does not involve trafficking. I know a couple who went to jail because they rented out rooms to consensual sex workers. This would create more such injustice.

NO

Proposition 36 - Reforms Three Strikes Law

YES

Proposition 37 - Labels Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) Foods. Not as simple as it appears. Many GMOs are valuable. The real problem is evil Monsanto using their corporate power to force organic growers out of business when GMO crops blow onto their fields. A flawed proposition in many ways. But it is a way to fight back against Monsanto.
